PHOENIX – Home furnishing store Living Spaces will open its first location in Scottsdale, Ariz. on Thursday.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the 130,000-square-foot store will create more than 150 jobs, which includes positions at its new fulfillment center in Phoenix.
While the home furnishings market has been stagnant during the economic downturn, it is expected to pick up with an improving housing market and growing consumer confidence.
But now that the housing market is rising again, especially in the Phoenix metro area, the Scottsdale opening is sure to generate business for those seeking to buy a home or refurnish it.
Living Spaces will open its first Arizona location at 16275 N. Scottsdale Road.
