PHOENIX – A video animation released Tuesday showed what the now-deserted area in front of ASU’s Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe will look like in 2015.
The video, which was posted to Vimeo, shows a time-lapse animation of the $600 million project called Marina Heights, a two million-square-foot area that will soon house five buildings which will be leased by State Farm.
“This corporate expansion will be the catalyst for attracting thousands of jobs and more development around (Tempe Town Lake). This isn’t just good for Tempe, it’s great for the entire region and state,” Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell said.
The buildings will accommodate approximately 8,000 employees.
