Silver Alert for missing Lake Havasu man

A Silver Alert has been put out for a 76-year-old Lake Havasu man. Richard Scartozzi was discovered missing around 7 a.m. Sunday morning.
He was last seen at his residence 3 a.m. Sunday morning. Scartozzi suffers from dementia and it is not known what clothing he was wearing. He is 5’9″, 180 pounds and white with grey hair and hazel eyes. He did not take a vehicle.
