Fatal crash closes I-17 lane near Sunset Point Rest Area

A fatal crash closed one lane near the Sunset Point Rest Area on Interstate 17 on Thursday.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said a vehicle rolled off of a 200-foot cliff. One person was killed.

The lane was reopened shortly after the crash.
