Sex offenders caught while trying to re-enter the U.S.

Tucson Border control agents caught two sex offenders illegally re-entering the U.S. over the weekend.
According to a U.S Customs and Border Protection public affairs release, Nogales and Dougles stations caught sex offenders Federico Reyes-Rodriguez and Roman Castillo-Leon on separate incidents re-entering the country.
Reyes-Rodriguez was convicted of raping a child in Washington State, while Castillo-Leon was convicted of having sex with a child of 3-years-old or younger in San Bernardino, Calif.
The two men may face federal prosecution for illegally re-entering the U.S. as felons.
Aside from the two sex offenders, Willcox station apprehended another illegal immigrator, Rafael Ibarra-Barrera, who has a history of child and spousal abuse.
Ibarra-Barrera has been transferred to Ventura, Calif for further punishment.
