Pita Pit planning numerous Valley expansions

Things are looking up for pita lovers in the Valley.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Pita Pit is scheduled to open 11 new locations over the next few years.
The newest location will be on Mill Ave. in Tempe, but the franchise owners hope to build more than the 11 already scheduled.
“We hope to do more once those 11 are up and running,” [Todd Runyan] said, adding they are presently scouting around 22 different spots for their stores.
Each location will staff about 15 to 20 people.
Pita Pit has about 200 locations across 44 states and Canada.
