Even if you are not currently in the market for a mansion, one can’t help but absorb the specs for the luxury home on the auction block in Paradise Valley, Arizona, this weekend.

DeCaro Luxury Auctions is accepting bids for the sale of the 11-bedroom, 12.5 bathroom estate at 6721 East Cheney Drive on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Spanning 15,259-square feet, luxury amenities inside the main home include a state-of-the-art screening room with theater-style seating, a billiards room with a wet bar and a wine cellar.

Exterior finishes, meantime, include three courtyards, stone columns, a 120,000-gallon swimming pool with a lazy river, a spa with a cascading waterfall, and a curved rail bridge that connects the main land to an isolated island in the pool – complete with palm trees and shaded lounge chairs.

A 5,724-square-foot guest house and a 1,230-square-foot casita also dot the three-acres of land on which the main property rests.

Auction CEO and founder Daniel DeCaro described the estate as “bold, beautiful and never boring,” adding it takes “outdoor living and entertaining to a new level.”

“Homes of this size and quality that authentically blend old and new world design are extremely rare,” DeCaro said in a press release.  “The auction of this breathtaking estate is an opportunity for someone to purchase their own piece of paradise.”

The sale of this private Paradise Valley home is being called an “absolute auction,” where the sale is awarded to the highest and best bidder without a reserve price, or minimum bid.

The auction will be held on the property’s site on Saturday, September 26th at 11:00 a.m. More information can be found at www.DeCaroAuctions.com.

Interest rates may have peaked. Should you buy a CD, high-yield savings account, or a fixed annuity?

Interest rates are the highest they’ve been in decades, and it looks like the Fed has paused hikes. This may be the best time to lock in rates for long-term, low-risk financial products like fixed annuities.
