MCSO graduates 20 veterans into agency

Twenty veterans of four military branches were graduated to detention officers on Thursday, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said.
“I will continue to do my part in helping the men and women who have served our country,” said Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio., “Our men and women deserve an opportunity. They fought for their country; they shouldn’t have to fight for a job at home.”
The 20 veterans are expected to being their new jobs on Monday.
