The Wall Street Journal has reported that Kellogg’s is recalling millions of boxes of Mini-Wheats because of possible metal contamination.
Kellogg’s is addressing questions about the voluntary recall at its website.
According to CBS News, the company first alerted consumers to the possible danger through social media on Monday but it was not well known until later in the week.
The company said there isn’t a high risk of the mesh metal fragments actually being in any of the cereal.
