Dos Equis will be offering Phoenix residents a unique culinary experience with its new food truck Wednesday through Sept. 22.

The Dos Equis Mobile Academy, part of The Most Interesting Academy will have different cuisines from around the world such as Mongolian yak ice cream and Dutch fungi toast.

In Phoenix, Dos Equis has joined forces with Brian Wells, owner of Hey Joe! Filipino Street Food Truck. He said he already had unique menu items, but together with Dos Equis, he’s kicked it up a notch.

“It’s pretty good, once you get past the scare factor,” said Wells as he described the three dishes he will be serving, which include camel, Burmese python and crocodile.

Wells said Dos Equis shipped the main ingredients from purveyors from around the world.

The food truck will be in Phoenix from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Customers can find exactly where the mobile academy will be by following @DosEquis on Twitter.

After Phoenix, the Mobile Academy will also be going to San Diego and San Francisco from Oct. 3 to Oct. 13.

We want to hear from you.
