The Valley’s culinary scene continues to diversify and national networks are taking note.
In the latest nod to Arizona chefs, Cooking Channel host and chef Eden Grinshpan visited several Phoenix families for her latest “Eden’s Eats” episode.
“It’s actually really quite incredible to see how authentic all these recipes are,” said said. “We got to feature that with our Cambodian family, with our Polish lazy pierogies, with our Bosnian burek we made at three o’ clock on the morning.”
Grinshpan also learned chili recipes from a Native American reservation.
“We research every different city,” she said. “We look at food blogs, we go on Yelp, we do a lot of research and that’s how we find all those little hidden gems.”
The Arizona episode of “Eden’s Eats” airs Friday at 7:00 p.m. on the Cooking Channel.
