Weekend freeway restrictions Aug. 10-13

Three Valley freeways will either be closed or restricted this weekend.

• Loop 303 will be closed in both directions between Olive and Peoria avenues from 5 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday for freeway construction, including irrigation work.

• Northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Chandler Boulevard will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for utility work. The northbound frontage road between Chandler Boulevard and Ray Road will also be closed.

• Westbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane between Elliot and Power roads from 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 p.m. Monday for the installation of a temporary concrete barrier.

• Eastbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane between Power and Elliot roads from 9 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday for the installation of a temporary barrier wall.
