As the Olympic Games go on in London, some have questioned exactly how much an Olympic medal could be worth.
According to the Daily Mail, the materials used to make two of the medals are worth quite a bit, but one only has sentimental value.
The metals inside the gold, and most expensive, medal, are worth about $636.
The metals inside the silver are worth about $326 and the metals in the bronze are worth about $4.60.
About 4,700 hundred medals will be won during the London Games.
