A viral video on YouTube of an elderly lady being bullied on a school bus has spawned out outpouring of public outrage, support and money.
Lots of money. Over $500,000 lots of money.
After a video surfaced of Karen Klein being abused while on duty as a bus monitor in Rochester, NY, someone set up a fund on Indiegogo, a fundraising website, to send her on a clearly much-needed vacation with her children and grandchildren.
Thanks to donors, Klein will get to take a pretty nice vacation and maybe never have to get back on a bus.
In just under one day, about $525,000 was raised to give to Klein.
To donate to Klein’s fund, go to Indiegogo.com.
