PHOENIX – Authorities say two men have been found shot to death inside a
south-central Phoenix home.
Phoenix police say the bodies were discovered about 1 p.m. Monday in the home
of one of the victims near Fifth Street and Broadway Road.
Family members who lived in a second home on the same
property found the bodies and called police.
“One of the family members went back to check on them,” said Phoenix Police Sgt. Trent Crump. “At that point — while looking around the premise that was described to us as being ‘locked-up’ — from the outside, they actually can look in. They see one individual down. When our officers arrive and conduct a search of the house, they find a second.”
Authorities say the family members told them they last saw their relative alive
“Neither one of those individuals have been seen since Friday evening,” said Crump.
The names and ages of the two victims haven’t been released yet. Police didn’t
have any immediate information on any possible suspects in the shooting deaths.
