TEMPE, Ariz. — A young woman is facing a child-prostitution charge after trying
to trade sexual favors for a McDonald’s meal.
Phoenix TV station KTVK reported Tempe police arrested
Faelyn Ritz, 18, after she and a 14-year-old girl consented to have sex
with two men in exchange for food.
Police said they approached Ritz on Monday after watching the teens interact
with men in the area of Priest Drive and Broadway Road.
Authorities said Ritz told officers she met the younger teen through a mutual
friend. They said Ritz had planned to take a portion of any money made by the
younger girl.
Ritz was arrested and booked into the Tempe jail.
