Husband surprises wife by announcing her own pregnancy to her

A series of events led to a husband being able to surprise his wife about her own pregnancy.
After some circumstances allowed the husband to get a sample for the pregnancy test, he was able to see the results and saw that his wife was indeed pregnant.
He tried to contain himself as best as he could to not reveal the surprise and then played the slow game on the reveal to his wife and two children.
At first, the wife thought the test was a prank and she played along with the joke. The husband let her sit on it a little longer before revealing to her that it was actually her test and she was pregnant.
