A luxurious members-only club will be opening in the Footprint Center thanks to a new partnership between the Phoenix Suns ownership and Major Food Group, the company behind eateries such as New York Italian-American restaurant Carbone.
Suns owner Mat Ishbia on Nov. 20 announced the new members-only private dining club, which will be called the Ra Ra Room, and said it is expected to open by the end of the month.
“The Ra Ra Room is another example of our commitment to continue to elevate Phoenix as the premier destination for sports, entertainment and now high-end hospitality,” Ishbia said in a statement. “The Ra Ra Room is designed to be a destination in and of itself with the added convenience of Phoenix’s best sports and entertainment offerings in the very same building.”
Ishbia’s Player 15 Group, the parent company to his sports and real estate investments around the Phoenix Suns, is expected to pay $20 million to build out the luxury experiential restaurant and club inside the arena.
