PHOENIX — The Arizona Department of Public Safety on Friday issued a Silver Alert for a Phoenix man with a medical condition who had gone missing.
Leandro Garcia Jr., 63, may become lost or easily confused due to his condition, authorities said.
He was last seen near Seventh Avenue and Bethany Home Road, wearing a black hoodie with the words “Poetic Justice,” gray pants, black glasses and black Air Force One shoes.
Garcia is 5-foot-5, 185 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.
