Meade Engineering Inc. has bought a 20,000-square-foot building in north Scottsdale for its new company headquarters.
The engineering firm, which specializes in data center work, needed the additional space as it continues to transition from the “boutique stage into the market leader stage,” said CEO Johnathan Meade.
The business, founded in 1990 by Meade’s father Rob, has added 34 people to its team over the last 12 months. Meade now has around 58 total employees, with about 30 based in the Valley.
The company, which is moving out of its space in Deer Valley, is working with The Davis Experience on renovating the space located at 17785 N. Pacesetter Way. That work is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
