PHOENIX — Two Valley residents enjoyed big wins over the weekend after buying winning Arizona Lottery tickets.

One Fantasy 5 jackpot winner took home a $51,000 ticket on Saturday. It was sold at a Bashas near Seventh Street and Montebello Avenue in Phoenix.

The winning numbers were 25, 28, 29, 32 and 34.

The odds of matching five numbers and winning the jackpot are 1 in 749,398, according the Arizona Lottery.

Where was the other of the two winning Arizona Lottery tickets sold?

The other winning ticket was also sold at a Bashas grocery store. However, this Mega Millions ticket was sold near R. H. Johnson and Meeker boulevards in Sun City on Friday.

The winning numbers were 25, 28, 42, 64 and 69 — plus the gold Mega Ball of 19. That combination is good for $10,000, and the prize increased threefold because of the Megaplier option.

That means the Sun City player won a grand total of $30,000.

The next estimated Mega Millions jackpot is a whopping $361 million.

As with all Arizona Lottery games, the winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the payout.
