PHOENIX — A Silver Alert for a 45-year-old Phoenix man who went missing over the weekend was canceled Wednesday after he was found safe, authorities said.

Roberto Padilla, who has a medical condition that can cause him to become lost or easily confused, was located unharmed and has been reunited with his family, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

A Silver Alert for Padilla was issued on Monday. At the time, he’d last been seen on Sunday on foot near 72nd Lane and Baseline Road.

He was wearing black shorts, a black T-shirt and black Nike shoes when he went missing.

Padilla is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
