Donald Trump to rally in Tempe a week before Tucker Carlson event
Trump’s appearance with Carlson will come a week after the Republican presidential nominee is scheduled to hold a campaign rally at Mullett Arena in Tempe.
Carlson’s tour is returning to the battleground state of Arizona after starting at Footprint Center in Phoenix on Sept. 4, when comedian-turned-activist Russell Brand was the guest.
Carlson went on to conduct interviews with a variety of conservative figures in 14 other cities throughout September. An event scheduled for Greenville, South Carolina, was canceled because of Hurricane Helene.
Ohio Sen. JD Vance, Trump’s running mate, was Carlson’s guest in Hershey, Pennsylvania, one of two tour stops in that battleground state.
Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, actress/comedian Roseanne Barr and musician Kid Rock were among Carlson’s other guests over the course of the tour.
Carlson was Fox News’ most popular and influential personality when the conservative news network fired him in April 2023. He went on to create the Tucker Carlson Network streaming platform as an outlet for his content.
