Westbound Loop 202 reopens in Tempe at Loop 101 after crash

PHOENIX — The westbound lanes of the Loop 202 Red Mountain freeway at Loop 101 reopened after a crash, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred near McClintock Road in Tempe.
The crash closed the westbound lanes near milepost 9 at 4:37 p.m. The right lanes opened about 10 minutes later while the HOV, left and center lanes remained closed for about four more hours.
The eastbound lanes were not affected by the crash.
UPDATE: All lanes are now open.
