Suspect arrested in north Phoenix stabbing at gas station that left 1 dead

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department arrested a suspect on Tuesday connected to a north Phoenix stabbing that left a man dead in an incident on Sept 15.
Police arrested 47-year-old Jason Fleming on Tuesday near 18th Avenue and Union Hills Drive after responding to a call of trespassing.
After interviewing Fleming, he was booked into jail for murder and additional chargers.
What happened the night of the stabbing?
Officers arrived to the gas station on Thunderbird Road west of Interstate 17 around 8:30 p.m., where a man in his 30s had a stab wound.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The victim was later identified as 34-year-old Diego Razo-Cortes.
