Flagstaff police capture man accused of making online mass shooting threats

PHOENIX — Flagstaff police apprehended an Ash Fork man on Sunday accused of making threats associated with mass shootings online.
At approximately 11:50 a.m., officers found 36-year-old Justin Hill in Bozeman, Montana, after an arrest warrant was made.
Authorities said they received reports on Friday of Hill allegedly making the threats on school, government and business websites, as well as on Yelp reviews.
The arrest was a collective effort of the Flagstaff Police Department, the Coconino Attorney’s Office, the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office, the FBI, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Bozeman Police Department.
