PHOENIX – The trendy Gen Z fashion boutique brand, Princess Polly, opened its second U.S. store inside Scottsdale Fashion Square on Sunday.
The 5,320-square-foot location will hold an official grand opening on Sept. 21. On that day the first 100 customers will receive a free hoodie to celebrate the opening.
Located on the second floor of the mall, the store will provide over 250 Princess Polly apparel items and a variety of accessories and footwear.
“The new store will capture the essence of Princess Polly with vibrant, interactive displays and a curated collection of on-trend styles, offering a shopping experience that’s both dynamic and unforgettable,” co-CEO of Princess Polly Eirin Bryett said in a press release.
Founded in 2010, the Australian company sold most of its clothing on its digital storefront until it opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Los Angeles in 2023.
“Our U.S. customers have warmly welcomed our first Princess Polly store in Los Angeles, and we’re thrilled to bring the same energy and style to Scottsdale,” Bryett said.
The boutique has amassed a generous following on social media with 2.2 million followers on Instagram and 6.7 million likes on TikTok.
Princess Polly and ethical fashion
Along with selling its fashion, the brand advertises its mission to create trendy fashion while committing to ethical sourcing, sustainability, the environment and an inclusive community.
In 2023, the company released an impact report where it claimed that 30% of its products are made with lower environmental impact fabrics and estimated that by 2030 the percentage will grow to 100%.
To ensure that its factories meet ethical standards, the company sends an independent auditor. The auditor will act as a watchdog to prevent child labor and modern slavery. They will also make sure the company’s factories use the right materials and meet health and safety standards.
In the report, the brand highlights its goal to create fashion that is accessible for everyone.
