PHOENIX — A 13-year-old girl reported missing from a group home in Peoria has been located, authorities said Monday night.

Serena Cox had last been seen at approximately 8 p.m. Saturday leaving her group home near Sonoran Mountain Range Road and Ashby Drive on foot.

Peoria Police said she’d been found safe in a press release sent after 11 p.m. Monday.
