Silver Alert issued for 79-year-old Cottonwood man last seen in Tempe

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been issued for Edward Dominick, 79, of Cottonwood, Arizona, who was last seen near Scottsdale Road in Tempe last week.

He was last seen driving a 2021 white Chevy Equinox, Arizona license plate number CFY 1079. He has has short-term memory loss and suffers from dementia.

Dominick is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and approximately 130 pounds.

Anyone with information on Dominick’s whereabouts should call the Cottonwood Police Department at 928-649-1397.
