ATLANTA (AP) — In a story published September 30, 2023, about Jimmy Carter’s 99th birthday, The Associated Press erroneously identified Anwar Sadat and Menachem Begin. Sadat was president of Egypt during negotiations at Camp David, and Begin was Israel’s prime minister.
