A new chicken restaurant, Sneakybird, opened in Scottsdale just in time for the new year with a fast and casual dining experience.
The restaurant, located off Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and the Loop 101, was founded by former Native Grill & Wings CEO Dan Chaon.
“We are establishing a new benchmark for the fast-casual chicken segment and are proud to bring our never ever fried chicken to the Valley,” Chaon said in a press release.
“We utilize innovative cooking technology to achieve delicious chicken that tastes deep fried but is oven grilled delivering a healthier alternative to customers. We strive for a farm-to-table approach, and we can guarantee when you dine with Sneakybird, you’re getting a delicious and clean meal.”
The menu includes chicken made either “homestyle” (battered and tossed in panko, flatbread and parmesan breading) or “naked” (with salt, pepper and garlic seasoning) for sandwiches, tenders and wings.
The restaurant also serves a salad and four flatbread options including margherita, classic pepperoni, chicken pesto and Islander.
The sauce options include mango habanero, teriyaki, sneaky (a form of buffalo sauce), SoKo (an Asian twist with a smooth tang) and more.
The website has more information on the menu, sauces and dry rubs.
