Police seeking identity, suspect in case of murdered man set on fire in downtown Phoenix

PHOENIX — Police released Wednesday a sketch of a homicide victim who was found set on fire in downtown Phoenix last month.
The man was found dead near Ninth Avenue and Buchanan Street at about 3 p.m. on Dec. 1.
Details were initially scarce because the body was badly burned.
The victim was a 5-foot-8 Black man who weighed 130 pounds and was between 20 and 60 years old.
He was last wearing a dark colored sweatshirt, tennis shoes and unknown pants.
