Homicide inquiry underway after police find dead man inside Phoenix apartment

PHOENIX – A call to police led to the discovery of a dead man inside a Phoenix apartment Sunday morning, authorities said.
The Phoenix Police Department said Justin Finch, 32, was found on the floor of an apartment near Interstate 17 and Camelback Road around 4:45 a.m. He had been shot.
Police said they are investigating the death as a homicide.
Police said they were called about an injured person at the home. Medical personnel with the Phoenix Fire Department pronounced Finch dead at the scene.
No one has been arrested, police said.
Detectives are investigating and are asking anyone who has information to call police at 602-262-6151 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish language.
