Silver Alert canceled after missing 38-year-old Chandler woman found

PHOENIX — Authorities canceled a Silver Alert out of Chandler on Wednesday night after the subject was found safe.
The alert had been issued Monday night for 38-year-old Kathryn Rose Hannah Cisson.
She had last been seen on the northwest corner of Alma School and Ray roads.
Cisson is diagnosed with mental and medical conditions that require medication. Officials say she has the mental capacity of a child, and she did not have a cellphone.
