Tempe Marketplace plans to add 5 tenants

PHOENIX – Tempe Marketplace plans to add five tenants to its roster of more than 100 retailers and restaurants.
The 1.3 million-square-foot retail establishment, located at the Loop 101 and 202 crossroad in Tempe, will welcome Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, Primp & Blow, The Vitamin Shoppe, Lumberjaxes Axe Throwing and Enclave Salon Suites in the coming months.
Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria will open a 5,000-square-foot space on Dec. 13. To mark its opening, the first 100 customers will receive a Lou Malnati’s T-shirt. The restaurant also will offer customers a chance to win pizzeria merchandise playing Plinko on-site that day.
Primp & Blow will open a 1,356-square-foot store in 2023. It will be a national blow dry bar, specializing in professional blowouts, make-up, hair extensions and several other salon amenities.
The Vitamin Shoppe will open in 2023, occupying a 3,650-square-foot space. It will offer vitamins, supplements and sports nutrition products, including national and proprietary brands.
Lumberjaxes Axe Throwing will open in 2023. The 9,780-square-foot venue will welcome novice and experienced lumberjacks and loggers to learn techniques and safety, plus participate in light-hearted competitions.
Enclave Salon Suites also will open in 2023. It will offer salon professionals a 10,000 square-foot facility with amenities and space for creativity, flexibility and freedom. It will offer clients high-quality, vetted professionals in every suite for a one-stop shop for salon needs.
