PHOENIX — People can see one of the world’s largest holiday-themed light events from right here in the Valley as “Enchant” is taking place at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in Scottsdale.

The 10-acre spectacle began Friday and runs through Jan. 1 with ticket prices ranging between $20 for children and teens to $34 for adults. Tickets can be purchased online.

Those who attend can enjoy a walk-thru light maze that features more than four million lights, a 100-foot-tall holiday tree, a unique ice-skating trail, live entertainment, a village marketplace with crafts, gifts, festive culinary treats and holiday cocktails as well as visits from Santa.

“We’re thrilled to host millions of guests again this year while introducing Enchant to millions more as we expand to cities across the U.S.,” Enchant Christmas founder and CEO Kevin Johnston said in a press release.

“We bring a new story and exciting elements to our featured light maze each year, so guests always have something new to experience when returning to enjoy holiday nights at Enchant with family and friends.”

The event is also partnering with the Hallmark Channel to offer custom experiences; including a lounge, photo opportunities, wine tasting and a chance for fans to win a set visit to one of the network’s movies that are in production.

Scottsdale, San Jose, Sacramento and Nashville are debuting the holiday extravaganza in 2022, joining returning cities Dallas, Washington, D.C., St. Petersburg and Las Vegas.

The event was founded in 2016 and has since welcomed more than three million guests, according to the release.

We want to hear from you.
