Watch: Former President Barack Obama holds rally for Arizona Democrats in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Former President Barack Obama is hosting a rally in Phoenix Wednesday night for Arizona Democratic candidates on the midterm election ballot.
The “Arizona Get Out The Vote Rally with President Obama!” event is being held at Cesar Chavez High School in the city’s Laveen neighborhood.
Gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs, Senator Mark Kelly, attorney general candidate Kris Mayes, secretary of state candidate Adrian Fontes and Superintendent of Public Instruction Kathy Hoffman were all listed to appear.
With the Nov. 8 election closing in, Obama has been on the campaign trail endorsing candidates. He has visited Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada recently.
The program was slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. and run until 9 p.m.
