PHOENIX – Grammy Award-winning British rockers Muse will bring their world tour to metro Phoenix in spring 2023.
Presale tickets for the April 2, 2023 tour date for Will of the People at the Glendale arena go up for grabs online Tuesday at 10 a.m..
General sales tickets will be available starting Friday at 10 a.m.
The tour is in support of the band’s ninth studio album, “Will of the People,” which was released in August.
The trio, formed in 1994 and known for such hits as “Supermassive Black Hole,” “Starlight,” “Uprising” and “Madness,” is globetrotting with Evanescence, which has scored with such hits as “Bring Me to Life” and “My Immortal.”
The tour kicks off Tuesday with a sold-out show in Los Angeles.
By the time Muse arrives in Glendale, the 18,000-seat arena will have formally changed its name from Gila River Arena to Desert Diamond Arena.
When the name change was announced Aug. 23, city leaders were not specific when the new designation would take effect, only sometime in the fall.
The West Valley arena was home to the Arizona Coyotes from 2003 until April.
