Think Tank studies President Joe Biden’s student-loan relief plan

President Joe Biden has set in motion that will forgive the principal of some student loans, up to $10,000 (and up to $20,000 in the case of lower income Pell Grant recipients).
The action provoked a response both positive and negative.
This week’s Think Tank presents opposing viewpoints on the issue. Cesar Aguilar is executive director of the Arizona Students Association. He is in favor of the action. University of Colorado philosophy professor Michael Huemer is opposed.
The argument has often generated more heat than light. We will attempt to provide more of the latter in this week’s show.
In the final segment, host Mike O’Neil, who finds neither set of arguments entirely persuasive, gives his take on and reactions to the various arguments and presents some policy suggestions.
