PHOENIX — Queen Creek Crossing will move forward with phase two of its development, adding Ashley Furniture, Hobby Lobby, as well as restaurants and shops.

The 145,000-square-foot space built by Vestar, will be on Queen Creek and Ellsworth roads. When all phases are finished, it will total 400,000-square-feet and include a Costco.

“This is a significant step in our overall development strategy, and we are excited for Ashley Furniture, Hobby Lobby and many others to join Costco in Queen Creek Crossing,” Executive Vice President of Vestar, Jeff Axtell said in the press release.

“Throughout the leasing process, we have been strategic to target tenants that fill voids within the community.”

The development is 80% leased and is scheduled to be completed in Fall 2023.
