Phoenix firefighters put out late-night blaze at taco shop

PHOENIX – Fire pushed through a taco shop in Phoenix late Thursday and an investigation into the cause is underway, first responders said.
No one was injured in the 11 p.m. blaze at Tacos Culichi near 30th Street and McDowell Road, the Phoenix Fire Department said in an email.
A passerby saw smoke coming from the restaurant and called 911, the fire department said.
Firefighters went inside the building and also went on the roof to open holes to let out smoke and trapped heat.
No other details were made available.
