Missing Phoenix woman, 73, found safe; Silver Alert canceled

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert for a missing Valley woman who has cognitive problems was canceled late Monday after she was found safe, authorities said.
Cynthia Hunt, 73, made her way back home around 10:45 p.m., the Phoenix Police Department said.
Her family took her to a hospital for evaluation. Hunt was treated for dehydration.
Hunt had last been seen around noon near Thomas Road and Central Avenue in Phoenix leaving an appointment. She was in her car, a silver 2011 Nissan Juke with an Arizona license plate of APA9056.
No other details were made available.
