PHOENIX — The Arizona Humane Society in Phoenix is waiving adoption fees through the end of the month as it hopes to adopt out about 750 pets in three weeks.

Adoption fees for puppies and kittens will also be waived while the shelter works to find forever homes for the pets, along with the other 6,600 pets that’ve been adopted from AHS this year, according to a press release.

There are more than 1,200 pets being cared for within AHS’ shelter and Foster Hero homes.

Arizona Humane Society has two Valley locations, one at 1521 W. Dobbins Road in Phoenix and another in the PetSmart Scottsdale store at 4380 N. Miller Road.

Available pets can be viewed online with the website being updated hourly.

All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and have all vaccinations, the organization said.

We want to hear from you.
