PHOENIX — Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in Scottsdale this October will host a Halloween-themed balloon festival that promises activities for all ages.

Tickets are available now for the 10th Annual Spooktacular Hot Air Balloon Festival on Oct. 28-29 at the sports complex at 7555 N. Pima Road.

There will also be more than 4,000 pounds of candy at the festival, with each hot air balloon being designated as a trick-or-treat stop.
