PHOENIX — A fourth person was arrested Tuesday in connection with a West Valley kidnapping that prompted an Amber Alert last week, authorities said.
Michelle Anaya, 39, was arrested at her home in Tolleson after she, and three others, allegedly broke into a home near Baseline and Miller roads on Friday and drove off with 9-month-old Raylon Tucker, the Buckeye Police Department said in a press release.
The suspects allegedly assaulted the occupants of the house, including Raylon’s father, and threatened them before fleeing.
Anaya was booked on two counts of assault, one count of kidnapping and one count of criminal trespass, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
The boy’s biological mother, 19-year-old Jessica Angulo, was arrested on Friday for her role in the kidnapping, along with his uncle Exzavior Jones, 19, and Jessica Howard Davila, 36.
Police said Tucker’s parents have been involved in a custody dispute.
No additional information was available.
