Missing Valley man found safe; Silver Alert canceled

PHOENIX — A Phoenix man missing for weeks was found safe Wednesday, authorities said, canceling a Silver Alert.

Myron Scott, 69, was reported missing June 1, last seen near Ninth Street and Indian School Road.

Scott, who uses a wheelchair, also suffers from a medical condition that can cause him to become confused. He is known to get easily lost.

Authorities said Scott was found in good health.

No other information was made available.
