Silver Alert canceled after missing 18-year-old man with cognitive disability found safe

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Tuesday after a missing 18-year-old man with a cognitive disability last seen in Phoenix was found safe, authorities said.

Jason Frost was last seen near the underpass at Thunderbird Road and Interstate 17 on Monday.

Frost suffers from a cognitive delay that causes him to have difficulty with locations, which could cause issues with him finding his way home.

Frost is 5-foot-2 and 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a multicolored Scooby Doo sweatshirt, tan pants and gray/black shoes with white soles.
