Silver Alert canceled after West Valley woman with health, memory problems found safe

PHOENIX – A Silver Alert was canceled Monday after a missing West Valley woman with health and memory problems was found safe, authorities said.
Judith Wilkes, 78, was last seen leaving home near Reems Road and Pasadena Drive in Surprise around 5 p.m. Sunday.
The Surprise Police Department said Wilkes was driving a black four-door 2022 Toyota Avalon bearing Arizona license plate HWB36.
