Follow your nose to one of these Valley spots on National Doughnut Day

PHOENIX – If you’re a fan of doughnuts, then you probably already know Friday is National Doughnut Day.

Sure, they’re available any day, anywhere, but the first Friday of June has been designated as the American day to celebrate the little cake since 1938.

That’s when the Salvation Army kicked off the happy-eats fest as a fundraiser in Chicago.
