Phoenix police seeking suspect in murder of man sleeping on loading dock

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department is seeking help finding a suspect after a man was murdered while sleeping on a loading dock last month.
Robert Armstrong, 62, was killed after a suspect threw multiple river rocks at him in the area of Seventh Avenue and Camelback Road at about 5 a.m. on April 22, police said.
A security guard called police after he found Armstrong, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect left the scene toward a nearby apartment complex before officers arrived.
The suspect was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, jeans, black shoes with white soles and a baseball hat with a reflective sticker.
